confused & helpless

well... the thing is ive liked this guy for almost a year now. hes my brothers friend and is currently in a relationship with a girl thousands of miles away from here... i dont know if i should tell him how i feel about him or not ... hes a really good friend of mine... and i thought i should tell him so i can move on. im just scared.. and confused.. and o yea helpless... so if there is anyone out there who can give me advice on what to do.. i would really appreciate it.

Just take some risks...and just confess to that guy that you like him...
It`s better than to bit your nails for the rest of your life,thinking at what would have happend if you took a chance...and told him that you like him...
This way you`ll find out for sure..if that guy really deserves you(judging by his reaction...)

I agree.  But you should be careful.  see how much he loves his girlfriend.  depending on that I bet you'll be able to conclude wether or not this is the relationship you really want to interupt.  plus remember....
what goes around comes around.  Be selective of your words, use them wisely.
