Stiu ca fetele de aici posteaza retete complexe, eu... folosesc pagina pentru a adauga simplele retete pe care le folosesc - pentru ca sa nu uit pe viitor :)

Asa ca acum o sa postez o reteta pentru chiftelute.

Incep cu rezultatul final:



1. Ingrediente (pentru aproximativ 20 de chiftelute)

  • 700g de carne tocata (porc + vita)
  • 3 oua
  • o capatana mare de usturoi.
  • vegeta (am pus vreo 3-4 linguri).
  • mirodenii (am pus ceva oregano + patrunjel maruntit - cam o lingura rasa).

2. Preparare

Pas 1.

Carnea trebuie sa fie tocata, daca nu este, se toaca. Se adauga cele 3 oua sparte, usturoiul batut (maruntit bine), vegeta si mirodeniile si se amesteca bine.
Un sfat primit a fost sa toc si un cartof si sa-l adaug. N-am facut asta, dar data viitoare o s-o fac.
Daca iese prea moale compozitia (carnea grasa, de exemplu) se adauga si o lingura de faina, pentru a oferi consistenta.

Ar trebui sa arate cam asa:



Pas 2.

Se pregateste o farfurie cu faina.



Pas 3.

Se ia intr-o lingura cata compozitie incape, si se face ca o mogaldeata. Se rostogoleste prin faina iar apoi se preseaza in causul palmei, incat sa iasa rotunda si... ca o chifteluta. Iat-o pe prima! (mi-a iesit cam ... colturoasa  :-[ )



Si urmatoarele:



Pas 4.

Se prajesc intorcandu-se des pana cand uleiul incins nu mai gizăie (sau, pana cand, intepate cu o furculita, e clar ca si continutul e facut deoarece opune rezistenta si el, la inaintearea furculitei).nu

  Se adauga si un ou iar mie imi plac verdeturile in chiftelute: pe langa patrunjel mai pun si marar. Inainte faceam si cu ceapa(cum am vazut la mama) dar am renuntat la ea .Cartoful il radeam crud si-l storceam de sucul acela. De cand am copii in crestere :D , adaug si eu 1-2 cartofi fierti pt ca se mai inmulteste compozitia dar ies si mai gustoase. Neaparat sa nu uiti sa pui in compozitie, in loc de faina,  ou! Ai sa vezi diferenta la prajit.

AHhh...  :angel: Uitasem complet ca am pus si 3 oua [acesta fiind motivul pentru care se 'subtiaza' compozitia, si pentru remedierea careia am fost nevoit sa mai pun o lingura de faina]. Voi modifica postul.
Excelent si sfatul sa storc cartoful de lichid - tot imi era cam moale compozitia.

Chiar ma gandeam cu ti-au iesit atat de frumoase fara sa pui oua.
 Cu mult drag, bucataria e pasiunea mea

:) Super. Eu bucataria o fac deoarece imi da un sentiment de independenta si de pastrat cumva secretele vechii generatii (maica-mea). Invat usor retetele si urmaresc pasii, dar nu prea imi vine sa improvizez deocamdata - ca nu ma prind exact ce se poate combina cum, sau uite - cum fu asta cu cartoful care trebuie scurs de lichid.

Un cartof cred ca e ok la atata carne, dar sfatul nutritionistilor este ca de obicei sa nu mananci chestii cu amidon (faina / cartofi / fasole samd) cu grasime, deoarece pacaleste organismul sa depuna grasimea in loc s-o foloseasca in timpul zilei. Asa ca am tolerat putina faina + un cartof, dar am mancat chiftelutele cu niste paine neagra :)
